WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENT

We use Shopify pay, visa, mastercard, amex, apple pay & Pay Pal to process all orders.
You can pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal – this does not require an account to be set up.

All payments are currently processed in GB Pounds Sterling. Payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement.

GREEN THOMAS  reserves the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.

CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

In line with UK sales law, you have 14 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this GREEN THOMAS refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

We are constantly looking at and improving our product. We can't help it we are designers, that's what we do. Green Thomas reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. When we do we will do our best to update the website. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
