YOUR ORDER

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.

When your product is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via email.

If you have placed your order and would like to change your delivery address, please contact us on talktous@greenthomas.com, if we haven't already sent it we will do our utmost to make sure it gets to where it is meant to go. 

If you urgently want your product to arrive as quickly as possible we will do our very best to help make this happen. There will be an express delivery charge for this service that we can advise the cost on an individual basis, please contact us for details. 

UK DELIVERY

All orders over £50 placed in the UK qualify for FREE UK SHIPPING

Orders under £50 will incur a postage charge of £4.00

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service*. Generally this service takes 1-2 Business Days from dispatch but can take longer to the Highlands and Islands or the Channel Islands or at very busy period e.g. the last week before Christmas.

When your product is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via email.

If Royal Mail cannot deliver the parcel they will leave a card with instructions on what to do.

Occasionally we use a courier if delivery times are better. We will issue a tracking number upon dispatch.

EUROPE DELIVERY (£12.50)

Sent by Courier. 

Please let us have you mobile number to issue to the courier. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Usually 5-7 Business Days from Dispatch, please note this is currently taking longer due to the ongoing impact of the UK leaving the EU. 

Please note EU orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax. The charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

REST OF WORLD COURIER  (£25.00)

Sent by Courier. The parcels are tracked and usually require a signature upon delivery. Please let us have you cell number to issue to the courier. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM

If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom your order may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of their shipment. 

For European Union customers you might pay import taxes at your local rate. All our products are made in the United Kingdom so following the trade agreement between Europe and the United Kingdom should not attract any duty but local taxes may apply. 

For USA customers, the minimum threshold for import tax is $800. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. 

For the rest of the World. Please check with your local tax authority. 

Green Thomas are not responsible for any customs or duty charges.

We reserve the right to minus all costs incurred if any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected or parcels being returned due to refused payment of charges.
